Vacuum Forming
For over 30 years Thermo Fab Plastics has specialized single stage vacuum forming as a cost effective alternative to fabricated sheet metal, fiberglass, or plastic injection molding. We manufacture custom belt guards, machine guards, door and interior panels for aircraft and heavy machinery, hospital bed bases, toilet bowels, medical enclosures, chair seats, shipping trays and many other custom components.
Machining
We are proud to offer precision plastic milling and turning for the custom fabrication of plastic parts. We expertly manipulate such plastic polymer materials as HDPE, UHMW, acrylic, ABS, polycarbonate, Lexan®, nylon, acetal, Delrin®, PTFE, Teflon®, phenolic, G-7, G-10, and Ultem®, into customer specified profiles to meet their critical needs.
